When you see that your Download speed is so slow that time you can check that the problem is in internet connection or Download site. For example your Download speed is (512 kbps) but you get Download speed (30 or 35 kbps) that means less then your expectation , that time you can check is there any problem in internet connection?
01. First you have to go run
02. Write ping spas your gateway address spas -t
Like that ping 190.167.10.150 -t
03. Then click ok
04. If there any problem then you see that Request time out after 2-3 or 4-5 times
05. If there is no problem then you see look like this
